With over 25 years of diverse experience in management, leadership, consulting, and coaching, LaVonne Keal brings a wealth of expertise, specializing in the healthcare sector, including dental, medical aesthetics, optical, and broader healthcare fields for the past 18 years. Her dynamic and collaborative approach, paired with a natural ability to solve problems and empower others, drives her passion for establishing strong, supportive cultures and creating effective, consistent workflows. LaVonne is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams realize their full potential and achieve meaningful change.

 

As a preferred partner and facilitator with Everything DiSC, LaVonne utilizes this powerful personality tool to create a lasting impact on individual and organizational performance and culture. She offers comprehensive assessments and training in Workplace, Management, Work of Leaders, Agile EQ, Productive Conflict, and Sales, all aimed at fostering better communication and stronger relationships within teams and organizations.

 

In addition, LaVonne is a preferred partner and facilitator with The 5 Behaviors, a model designed to help teams develop skills in Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. With experience ranging from team member to management to consulting—most notably as the Practice Optimization Manager at Patterson Dental—she brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges her clients face.
